Sabbath, May 1, 2010 there is a Children's Ministry training opportunity at the Kettering SDA Church. From 10:30 to 11:30am all Sabbath School leaders & teachers are invited to come and observe Kettering's trained and experienced leaders as they conduct Sabbath School. There is a potluck lunch and then Eric Hamp will be speaking on helping your ministry become the best it can be. The Ohio Conference and Ohio churches have partnered together to provide the resources necessary  to send any child that desires the Camp Mohaven experience to camp. It's easy to apply, all you need to do is call Laura in the church office with the name of the potential camper and I'll take care of the rest. This has been limited to five campers per church so we will disperse these scholarships on a first come, first served basis. They are registered at Baby's R Us.Growing Back to The Basics – A young adult retreat, presented by the Ohio Conference and Kettering SDA church, May 7th -9th at Camp Swoneky in Oregonia Ohio.
