A special "Haiti Emergency Response Fund" has been set up by ADRA and it has a large team on the scene which is already helping people of all faiths and races, but needs our support to get sufficient supplies. You can help at www.adra.org or (800) 424-ADRA or put your donation in a tithe envelope marked Haiti. All donations designated for "Haiti Emergency Response" will go 100% to that purpose.

Congratulations to Pastor Mark Feldbush and family. Mark has accepted a job as a hospital chaplain at Washington Adventist Hospital in Takoma Park, MD. He starts January 11. Today's fellowship luncheon is in honor of the Feldbush family so please plan to join Mark, Becky, Tegwen and Beatrice at todays luncheon as we bid them a fond farewell.

Kitchen clean-up. We have a lot of unmarked items in the refrigerator that have been there for a long time. Your church secretary (me) will be spending a few hours cleaning out the fridge in a couple of weeks. If you have something in there that you want to claim, please label it or remove it. Everything else will be disposed of or donated.

The 2010 Martin Luther King Community Celebration is Mon., Jan. 18 at 11:00am at the Worthington United Methodist Church, 600 High St. Featured speaker is Yvette McGee Brown of Children's Hospital. Please call 436-3100 for more information.
