For Your Information

To those visiting, we welcome you and extend our friendship, joy and prayers. We hope that you enjoy your worship experience with us.

Hey Kids! Today is Children's Church so be sure to meet Pastor Bob & Friends in the fellowship hall right after Sabbath School for a service designed just for you.

A special welcome to Dr. Sebronette Barnes, Assoc. Prof. of Fine Arts from Cheyney Univ. of PA. She will be featured in concert tomorrow at 4:00pm at the Antioch Baptist church. Everyone is welcome to attend.

The Street Beat Ministry had a wonderful response to our collection of towels and toiletries for the homeless men's shelter.

You opened your hearts and your wallets to show how you care for others in need. We hope to do this during the months of May and June each year.  Also, this winter we will be collecting again for coats, hats, gloves and scarves. Keep this in mind as you clean out

your closet's for fall.  Remember, only men's items will be accepted.

Books At Your Door. The Worthington Library now has a homebound book delivery service. If you live in the Worthington school district and are homebound, you qualify to participate. Contact Rebecca Wenden at 807-2626 for more info.

Health Food Cupboard Alert! During the time that the Health Food Cupboard is open this Sunday, there will be another event going on in the gym. This may make parking a bit crowded. You can always use the parking lot across Proprietors Rd. and the school's parking lot and then just pull your car up to the activity center side door to load your groceries. Sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Scioto Ridge Job Networking Group (SRJNG). We have accepted an opportunity to host this group on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month beginning August 5. For Your Information

To those visiting, we welcome you and extend our friendship, joy and prayers. We hope that you enjoy your worship experience with us.

Welcome to our Heritage Sabbath 2009. We want to extend a special welcome to pastor's Fred Kinsey and Leslie Bumgardner and musical artist Joseph Backer. Be sure to join us following second service for an all church fellowship luncheon and then stay for our early vespers concert beginning at 3:00pm and performed by pianist Joseph Backer. Joseph's CD's will available via order. Please include your name on a 3x5 card or call Carolyn Sowards at 882-0705.

Next Sabbath, we have two musical guests who will be performing for 2nd service. Dr. Sebronette Barnes, Assoc. Prof. of Fine Arts from Cheyney Univ. of PA is an accomplished soloist and will thrill you with her beautiful singing. Also performing is our own Roger Curley, playing some of his original arrangements. It is always a blessing to have Roger with us.

A new Prayer group has formed and they would like to invite you to join them. They meet every Tuesday at 7:00pm here in the garden room of the church. This group spends an hour in prayer for the requests that come in to the prayer team and the church office.
