This critically acclaimed documentary highlights the Adventist health message and its culture and touches on how Adventism began. If you worship at our 1st service, you may have noticed the absence of our praise band Grace Notes. Don't worry, they haven't left us! They will continue leading our praise and worship every other Sabbath through the summer months. This will allow them to vacation, spend time with family and be a bit more flexible through the summer. Don't you just love babies! Those adorably sweet cheeks and chubby little fingers! Would you be willing to spend one Sabbath a month in their company? Cradle roll is looking for two helpers, one piano player and one leader, who would commit to working with our babies once a month. Annual Women's Tea - The Women's Ministry "Camp Meeting Tea" is being held at the Mount Vernon Academy Cafeteria on Sunday, June 13, from 11:30 am until 2:00 pm. The theme is "Tea by the Sea," and will feature delicious food, an inspiring devotional, gifts, and door prizes. Tickets are $3.00, payable at the event, and must be reserved in advance. Young adults from around the world will convene to sharpen leadership and compassion skills through training and community service.
