Calendar Sale:  Worthington Adventist Academy is selling 2010 Appointment Calendars. This has been an annual tradition and many customers look forward to purchasing these beautiful, high-quality calendars each year.  These calendars feature stunning photography and scripture from the New International Version of the Bible. These calendars sell for $10.00 each.  If you would like to support the school by purchasing a calendar, please turn in your money in a tithe envelope or call the school office at 614-885-9525.   

Operation Christmas Child is underway! We are collecting shoe boxes full of children's items to be shipped all over the world by Samaritan's Purse ministry. See insert for details.

Allan Buller will be guest speaker at this year's Worthington Mayor's Annual Prayer Breakfast, held at 7:30am on October 29. The topic for Allan's talk is "My Journey in Faith." The breakfast will be at the Worthington Holiday Inn, N. High St. and is open to the public. Tickets can be purchased through Barbara Madison, 614-798-9762 for $25.

WAA FALL FESTIVAL: Worthington Adventist Academy would like to invite their Church Family to attend the school's annual Fall Festival to be held on November 7 at 6:00pm in the Activities Center. There will be plenty of games, activities, food, prizes and fun for the whole family!

The Worthington Seventh-Day Adventist Church will be hosting Life Line Screening on 12/9/2009. Life Line Screening will be performing ultrasound tests for stroke, (AAA) abdominal aortic aneurysm, (PAD) peripheral arterial disease, atrial fibrillation and osteoporosis.
